The email contains the instructions about your upcoming class and an invitation to join and register for the live webinar from GoToWebinar. Once you register for the webinar then our system will automatically begin forwarding you information about the course, including your materials and exclusive access to the unique "cloud" on our sky-drive to gather all of your course materials, printable items, recordings and pdf documents. Note - if you registered over a weekend or holiday your welcome information will arrive during the week M-F unless your specific class begins on a weekend day. We ask that you register at least 48 hours prior to the start date of a class to insure we have time to process your registration, guarantee your seat and give you the opportunity to have your materials ready for the training.
